Note: for the simple kernel timer i think its better to ignore the view names and just provide a total in the summary: how much time and how much memory was moved. Maybe do it per mem space combo: HostSpace->CudaSpace , CudaSpace->HostSpace etc. (obviously only print the non-zero combos).
