Bug: 无法使用Canvas来进行缩小图片

preferSize选择非原始大小的选项，在打开autoResize的开关，之后查询图片会提示 Canvas service is not available, thus cannot resize image now. 并无法改变图片的分辨率。

Steps to reproduce

preferSize选择非原始大小的选项，打开autoResize的开关

Expected behavior

能够在开启功能之后能改变图片大小
