CoreElec 9.2.3 Installation failed

All dependencies are installed, yet it fails every time

In the end just unzipped the plugin to Addons, rebooted & enabled & it works fine!

I'm having the same problem under Arch Linux. I checked the log and found this:

So I think this is an issue with the repo definition.
