Versions 3.3 and and 3.6 not working on ESP32-S2 circuit boards

For some reason the versions 3.3 and 3.6 are not working on my ESP32-S2 I bought from China. I load the files into the board and when I connect into PS4 the browser stays on the load phase of the index.html and don't show the buttons or any other information in the screen. If I get the index.html version from the version 3.2 then it works.

Same on ESP32-S3. Page is getting stock on "Loading Menu..."
