Problem
In year x+1 not all files from year x will exist. An account can close or may have no activity for the year.

Currently, no feedback is given to the user.

Solution

When import completes a page will be displayed to the user with the following for each account:

account id
number of transactions before import
number of transactions imported
new total number of transactions
