Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A little while ago I was preparing a manuscript where we scanned some pages as spread pages, since there were illustrations reaching over the middle of the book.

Doppelseite

The manuscript is counted by sheets.
To markup the spreads I used the free text feature, but had the problem, that the next single page in sheet counting would start with the verso page.

Strukturdaten

The sheet pagination feature in Kitodo always starts with the recto page (whichs useful since the most of the time it starts like that), but in this case it was annoying.
I had to use the freeform for the following verso page again, before I could use sheet counting again.

I really don't know how often this feature would be useful, but in the process I was thinking: How cool it would be, if it would be possible to start the automated process with the a verso page.

Describe the solution you'd like
The first possible solution I had in mind was a switch, to turn around recto and verso, that would only appear when sheet counting is selected.
(maybe 2 switchs to slim down the dropdown menu? One Switch counting without r/v and other switch for starting with v-pages?)

Vorschlag_Button

Or maybe other counting option in the drag-down:

Suggestion:
Vorschlag_Auswahl

Additional context
As said, I don't know how important it's for other users or even for us, but I thought it's maybe helpful to document this idea, even if it will not be implemented in the future.

Our current Version is 3.6.2
