Create exports.json equivalent and index.js entrypoint on publish

It would make things a lot easier "downstream" (e.g. in the Gatsby theme), if we could also publish an index.js, re-exporting all relevant components and files for easier (and programmatic!) access to dependencies.

Additionally, an exports.json, as used in kickstartDS published modules, would help generalizing some stuff!
