Switch to sending staging KCIDB results to topic "playground_kcidb_new" #293

With the deployment of KCIDB v9, the submission topic name for "playground" data has changed from playground_kernelci_new to playground_kcidb_new. The old topic name will remain valid until Dec 31. Please consider switching to using playground_kcidb_new as the topic name for data sent from staging by that time.
