Wait for Build instruction profiler runtime as part of compiler-rt rust-lang/rust#42433 to merge into master (should be very soon)
Default to -Zprofile instead of system library when rustc supports it (this smells like autotools 🙄)
Verify doc tests can produce valid *.gcda.
