Node list filter when none are selected its the same as when all is selected #2147

Description

Currently in the filter panel in the node list, when none are selected its the same as when all is selected, which is very confusing.

There are 2 possible solutions to fix this:

maybe it should show blank page with message saying to user - please select an element type in order to view the flowchart
or the other option is we make Nodes type not able to be de-selected all, its permanently on all the time
