A parameter time for IdleReplicaCount

Hey guys!

Basically, I use KEDA to scale some deployments to 0, and I think the idle replicaCount parameter could have another parameter for time, for example if I size my minimum replica to 1 and set the idle replica to 0 after the cooldown time, there should be a time in seconds for the idle replica to go to 0.

  pollingInterval:  30                                     
  cooldownPeriod:   300                                    
  idleReplicaCount: 0
  idleTimeCooldown: 40                                
  minReplicaCount:  1

Hello,
That parameter is cooldownPeriod. cooldownPeriod is for the activation phase (scaling from/to 0) and it doesn't matter if you scale to 0 using minReplicaCount: 0 or minReplicaCount: 1 and idleReplicaCount: 0

ok, suppose I have a scaledobject configured with min 1 and idle 0, how long does it take for it to be considered idle?

cooldownPeriod seconds after, no trigger is active. If you have 3 triggers for example, all of them have to be not Active (returned value < activationValue, which is 0 as default)
