Open urban stats quiz on mobile
Close browser, use other apps (ensure browser has offloaded urbanstats)
Reopen browser

Expected: urbanstats loads normally
Actual: urban stats hangs at spinner

Was able to reproduce this often with phone on low power mode on cell signal.
