Is there a way to provide the number of comparisons for p-value adjustment manually?
I have a data with 5000+ proteins and when I do a correlation analysis within them I find that most of them are highly correlated, therefore can be clustered together to avoid overcorrection. After doing this correlation analysis, I have figured that let's say there are 10 clusters of proteins and I would like to adjust the p-values in geom_pwc by this number of clusters which is 10.
Maybe a solution would be to have "p.adjust.by" or "p.adjust.method" accept integer or numeric values as well?
Thank you,
Nogayhan
