Contribution Guidelines

By participating in this project you agree to abide the Contributor Code of Conduct.

Please be sure to read the about this project page before submitting a PR, and ensure you are familiar with the project structure and goals.

Ensure that pull requests adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Please read all the available materials to ensure high quality submissions. This project is developed and maintained on a volunteer basis and any submissions that waste effort and time significantly detract from the project.
  • Ensure that you are familiar with the data management structure. Submissions to incorrect sections will be refused.
  • Tag entries according to the relevant legend items to ensure that the appropriate metadata is available to properly describe entries.
  • Check the list for your entry or similar entries BEFORE submission! This goes for entries in the primary list AS WELL AS the bucket.
  • Please check the exclusions list before submitting services for review. This includes pending pull requests for service exclusions.

Updating your PR

In many instances, maintainers may ask you to edit your PR before we merge it. There is no need to open a new PR, but rather edit the existing one with your changes.
