  • add entry to openapi.edn, GET /users/{id}/timesheet, only retrieves timesheet for given users id

Do we want to restrict to just one user ID?
I'm not 100% on the rules in site, but an endpoint for fetching all timesheets may restrict a user to only see their own but an admin can see all for HR-related features.
