This maybe could be split up, but I think it makes sense for one person to own this job

  • Find out (from kth probably) what the exact requirements are
  • add whatever API endpoints you need, making sure they have the correct auth rules
  • add cljs logic:
    • page in routes, limited to hr role
    • event and sub for report data, event dispatched in routes
    • view component passing report data as props
  • add js view
