Re-design Windows icon

Currently, the application icon for the Windows build is just a place-holder (see windows_icon.ico). It would be nice to replace it with permanent design.

I'm not an artist, however. We would need someone from the community to volunteer.

Github doesn't appear to allow upload of ico images and pull request seemed overkill at this stage.

Unlikely to win any awards - but here it is.

I appreciate the submission! I think the concept is good, but unfortunately when it's scaled down to a 64x64 ICO image, magnifying glass blends in so much it can't be seen.

Yeah - the pixel limit creates a bit of an issue.
Win10 should accept 256x256 px ICO files - but that still doesn't leave much to work with.
