Workspace Worklists search will FATAL if there are worklists of plugin types that are disabled

In this instance, a client had some Calls worklists (from the Call Logging plugin). That plugin was disabled, and when Cerb tried to display the list of worklists, it was attempting to look up information from a non-accessible plugin and produced a FATAL error. Worklists of types that are not present should be hidden/ignored.
