Inconsistent text color in "Highlight/Error"

This might be a jquery-ui issue, but if you change the text color for "Highlight/Error", it will change "Sample ui-state-highlight style." and "Sample ui-state-error style.", but it doesn't change "Hey!" or "Alert:". Those are both stuck as black text.
