Inference model for english words

I'm new to this repo and I wanted to ask if there any inference models I can use handwriting text recognition for english words? If yes, how do i use it?

We just published a new model for handwritten text recognition in English on HuggingFace. You could try to use it or fine-tune it to your data.

It's available at https://huggingface.co/Teklia/pylaia-iam. You can read more about how to use it in the documentation.

As suggested by the pin issue, active development has been moved to https://gitlab.teklia.com/atr/pylaia. While I'll still answer your questions here, please open your next issues over there.
