Please target netstandard2.0 instead of netcoreapp2.0 #1

If you want to reference the libraries from another netstandard2.0 library it is not possible because Microsoft.AspNetCore.OData targets netcoreapp2.0.

Instead it should target netstandard2.0 because its a library and not a application.
