[FEATURE] API to Export Snippets to JSON File

I noticed the API key in the web interface under user settings, and there is also a mention of the API in the recent release notes. However, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to export snippets via the API, similar to the functionality available in the web UI.

I would appreciate it if there were a way to export snippets to a JSON file through the API, similar to how it can be done in the web UI. This would allow for better integration and automation for users managing their snippets.

Currently, users can export snippets manually via the web UI, but there is no API functionality for this action, which limits flexibility for programmatic access to the snippets.
