[FEATURE] edit own snippets in public view

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently in public view you cannot edit snippets you own, this means if in public view you decide you need to edit a snippet you are looking at you need to switch back to private, find that snippet and edit

I would propose enabling the edit button/option on snippets you own while in the public view
