[FEATURE] support multiple OIDC providers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Somewhat niche but I have two distinct SSO realms for different purposes, a handful of services I want both to be able to access without merging the two

Describe the solution you'd like
Support for multiple OIDC providers would be the ideal solution as that is the common approach, idea being that it would present at the login screen with another "sign in with" option so the user can select the appropriate realm

Describe alternatives you've considered
Users in my situation could essentially subordinate one realm to the other allowing realm A to pull users from realm B but that is not ideal for a variety of reasons, makes for a fragile setup in my experience along with some security concerns.
