Download error message

I'm trying to download the records and species counts for parish pages but am getting the error below:

The links on the species tab and statistics tab both seemed to work OK - was that the link you mean? If not please can you explain which links you were trying?

@davidnicholls125 the Download button worked OK for me. The Record and Species Counts link did fail due to the time taken, as the query has a lot of work to do to link records to their parishes. It worked the 2nd time for me though so I've emailed you the files I downloaded.

Thanks. It has just worked for me this time - after a long processing delay. The number of parishes is only going to increase, is there anything we can do to prevent it timing out in future? (The delay isn't a problem).
