Attribute field for + new species #235

This isn't a new issue - just logging an ongoing email trail. Please can you complete the addition of the attribute field (insect) for just '+ new species' entries on the records form. Thanks.

I've implemented the changes required for this - it requires a change to code on the server which I aim to deploy next week.

The drop down is there but it needs to be a required field (it isn't currently). Also it needs a 'please select' entry as a default when loaded.
