enhancement: updating text field on title page in "create contest"

a small (fingers crossed) enhancement -- making the text field on first page of create contest flow the same as it is on the description page (and elsewhere on site whenever we have a field for people to enter text)

the only consideration here to figure out: how long can titles be now that we have more space on landing page (but potentially limited space in the new search flow)
