I need to provide the gpg key to build the artifact, to skip the signature I need to provide the argument below when building.
https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-gpg-plugin/sign-mojo.html

Skip doing the gpg signing.
Default value is: false.
User property is: gpg.skip.

mvn -B install -DskipTests -Dgpg.skip=true
