View should open a new dialog/tab to display screenshot

Click first View link on report.html, it opens a new tab with empty tile on Chrome with screenshot
Click on the second View link, nothing happens but the previous opened tab has one more screenshot at the bottom.
Expected behavior:

1. Should open View Screenshot with test case description
2. Each View link should open a new tab to show only one screenshot
   Nice to have
   Should be able to view screenshot as pop up dialog inside report.html instead of opening a new tab
