🐞 [BUG] - Incorrect Order of Sections and Tabs

Describe the bug

The order of sections on the webpage does not match the order of the corresponding tabs. Specifically, the "Resources" section comes before the "About" section in the website page, and the same order should be reflected in the tabs.

Expected behavior

"Resources" tab should come before the "About" tab.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the website [URL of the website].
Navigate to the relevant page.
Observe the order of the sections on the page.
Observe the order of the tabs.
