security: script.disable_dynamic: true

According to http://www.elasticsearch.org/blog/scripting-security/ it is a good idea to disable dynamic scripting.
the plugin currently uses 1.0.3. I would like to either change the setting or upgrade to es 1.2 or even 1.3. (as they disable dynamic scripting by default).

@jezdez would you prefer upgrading to 1.3 or changing the setting /etc/elasticsearch/elasticsearch.yml during buildtime?
