Preview doesnt render to display page

I searched in Q&A etc . I have the problem that the previer page didn't render the view page. It is always grey. Tried to switch to backup file - grey ... use to alter a new journal. I write in the page - but it doesn't render to view page. Remove rednotebook App search all files . Configure the stable ppa and made an new installation. Transfer the files from another machine and pasted in installation ... Same procedure ... Using Ubuntu 24.04 LTS ...
