I am encountering an issue when attempting to connect to the Jellyfin server after updating to version 10.10.3 using the mobile client application. Upon trying to access my media library through the Jellyfin mobile app, I am unable to establish a successful connection to the server.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Updated the Jellyfin server to version 10.10.3.
Attempted to log in and access media via the Jellyfin mobile client.
Connection fails with no specific error message provided.
Expected behavior:
The Jellyfin mobile client should connect to the Jellyfin server without issues, allowing for media browsing and playback as experienced in previous versions.
Observed behavior:
Connection attempt from the mobile client to the Jellyfin server version 10.10.3 results in failure. No media can be accessed or played back on the mobile device.
Additional information:
Rolling back the Jellyfin server to version 10.9.X resolves the issue, and normal functionality is restored with the mobile client being able to connect and stream media without any problems.
The issue persists across multiple devices running the latest version of the Jellyfin mobile client on different platforms.
There have been no changes to network settings or firewall rules that could contribute to this issue.
