PayPal Mini Cart stopped displaying the delete X

I have been using Firesage Checkout successfully for many years with Paypal Mini Cart. Now I find the delete X is not showing on the mini cart. The function to delete the line still does if you hover over the area where the X should be. How do I get this X to be visible again?

You can check the CSS file. may be delete but showing only mouse hover.
