Combining manim-slides
with other (static) slides

It's true that, currently, there is no easy way to merge different types of slides with Manim Slides. I don't use PowerPoint, because I am on Linux and also because I prefer open source and git-compatible file-formats, but PowerPoint might probably be an easy solution if you want to merge slides in a graphical interface. You could generate slides from Notebooks, using the IPython magic, and then slides, The downside is that the videos are no longer in full screen, I am afraid. Finally, even if it is easier to generate static slides with other tools, it is not that hard to do with Manim Slides neither. I did 40 min. presentations with Manim Slides, and I became quite productive at generating slides using Manim. If you are interested, you can checkout the code of one of my presentation here. The rendered slides are available here. First, do a mockup of your presentation with PowerPoint or any other simple tool. Then, iterate to create slides bit by bit. |

I am looking to create a relatively long presentation, and about half of it would contain animations that I'd like to generate with
manim
/manim-slides
. The other half would contain more traditional slides, with no animations, and which are more easily generated using other frameworks. What would be the most robust way to achieve this? I thought about using the HTML export functionality but the resulting HTML reveal presentation exhibits some (very obviously visible) artefacts (see #511). PPTX also suffers from those artefacts...
