Execution files do not load when a large file is present

When uploading a large execution file (e.g. a binary file of aroud 50 MB), then after saving, reloading the page does not work. An error 500 occurs within the script forms/executionfiles.json.php.
It seems that the script lacks an extension memory limit.

Note: this problem should also be adressed for required files.
