Installation requirements?

Hi! What are the python packages / versions that need to be installed?

Looks like PIL, svgwrite modules are needed, and gsutil from
https://cloud.google.com/storage/docs/gsutil_install need to be installed. Perhaps there's some easy way to guide the user to get those?
