Quiz does not indicate progress

It can be pretty demoralizing to have the quiz go on seemingly forever. It looks like the current algorithm checks if your last N responses were sufficiently quick, so (1) showing some information about how quickly you've been answering the questions and (2) some sort of combo bar, showing how far along the streak you are would be helpful.

I came here to say this, bump. Even a minimal piece of UI indicating that the criterion for passing is to respond quickly would be great!

Maybe just change

to something less happy, like "Good... but get it faster next time."
