./pxc-bootstrap.sh does not exist #27

According to documentation, you need to do vagrant up and then ./pxc-bootstrap.sh. I don't see this file.

Yeah, the documentation is out of date.

https://github.com/grypyrg/vagrant-percona is more up to date than this repository.
use pxc_playground when doing ./create-new-env.sh. This will automatically bootstrap (one node will be marked primary which will bootstrap, the others will start.

Documentation fixes pull requests are much appreesh!
