It looks doable as the Withings sleep data is accessible via API (https://developer.withings.com/oauth2/#tag/sleep) I however don't have access to a Withings device that is capable to track sleep so you'll have to experiment with it on your own.
The next hurdle will be importing that data into the Garmin ecosystem. A quick search doesn't really yield any additional info, but I noticed that Garmin has an option to import Fitbit body or activity data (.xls, .xlsx or .csv format). Fitbit exported data contains sleep (Your sleep schedule, minutes asleep and awake, number of times you woke up, amount of time spent in bed, time spent in each sleep stage).
