Flatpak runtime is end of life

not sure if this is the right place to report this but this was the "Report an Issue" link on the flathub website
Flatpak shows warning that used runtime is EOL, please update to a newer runtime like 23.08

The flathub version doesn't seem to be maintained anymore, however I did recently create a Wine-wrapped build in my spare time for fun that I'm willing to put there if I can get permission

@robotman40 hi, i haven't had time to review pull requests in a while, but it is still maintained and I just merged the most recent patch that fixes this issue :) however, the NBTExplorer itself isn't maintained anymore itself, and my package isn't maintained by the author of the program either, so the correct place for this issue is the flathub repository, like it was also done, link to the fixed issue flathub/com.jaquadro.NBTExplorer#3
