bug: Local Models Deletion

Describe the Bug

removing a local model from jan's desktop client deletes it entirely, would be nice to give an option for removing a model from the client instead of deleting it from disk. or if that's too much work maybe a confirmation message before deletion stating that the model will be deleted from disk. model files aren't small after all to be redownloaded
