[Feature Request] Notify giveaway creator, upon it ending.

Having the bot ping the person who had created the giveaway, once it ends, would be useful. In my case, I run a decent number of giveaways, but don't always remember to check the #giveaways channel to see that it has ended.

Sample message might be something like:

Congratulations <@ Winner>! You won the <prize> giveaway hosted by <@ Creator>.

Or if you feel that might clutter up the giveaway end message, perhaps the bot could ping the creator, in whatever channel they used to actually create the giveaway? Like on the server I'm on there's a #giveawaybot channel that only ops can see for creating them.
