As a user,
I want to tell the bot who to split with,
So that I can choose who is and who is not part of the bill.

Acceptance Criteria:

Bot can accept user input
Bot can parse user input to know who is involved
Bot can accept values
Bot can split the cost to each user targetted

Definition of Done:

All acceptance criteria are met.
Code is reviewed and approved.
Necessary tests are written and pass.
Documentation is updated, if applicable.
