As a user,
I want to pay back a friend,
So that I can stop owing them money.

Acceptance Criteria:

Bot can accept user input to create a new payment
Balances for user is updated

Definition of Done:

All acceptance criteria are met.
Code is reviewed and approved.
Necessary tests are written and pass.
Documentation is updated, if applicable.
