A Function for animals that can be ridden without saddles because pixelmon is stupid with NBT data

Its not really an issue but can you add a function in the config files that lets you select the option of entities that can be ridden with or without saddles because pixelmon doesnt need a saddle to ride them but also i cant/dont know how to add pokemon because all pokemon there are just "pixelmon:pixelmon" and the rest is just NBT data
