How can I geocode the intermediate products(like the coregistered SLC and related magnitude products) and output them?

I've just recently been introduced to this open source software and am amazed at its functionality.

Based on your open source code, I want to geocode the intermediate products(like the coregistered Sentinel1 SLC and related magnitude products) rather than final products(unwrapped phase in your code). Could you please tell me how can I do that?
