Remote making help for IRPLUS

I am a complete novice in this entire system. I have a projector "HP CC200" and I bought it without a remote.
I cannot find a remote online for it even on ebay.
after some extensive google lens searching the ETOE E2 "Pro" version seems to have the exact same remote.
But i also cannot find a replacement for that one. but I found the remote profile for IR.
I have attached it here, i am hoping to make the profile based off of that.
I tried chat GPT to help but it keeps saying invalid remote/device.
I made an xml file in notepad and renamed it to .xml.
can someone help me I am not sure what i am doing, also sorry if my english is not super well.
any help is appreciated!!!!!
