There are no player animations in multiplayer. You see your character have animations, but the other players move without animating. Here is a set of screenshots, all taken right after the other. (On the right)

I know, it's because the animation is currently tied to physics, where the networking is not. It's on my TODO list though having this issue is a good reminder.
