Dupe bug, infinite chemicals

This looks like the same issue as https://github.com/jakimfett/Minechem/issues/522

I'm running version 1.7.10-5.05.406

Just came back to both of my decomposers stuck outputting infinite fe and si from triple compressed cobblestone. I now have over 500,000 of each in my barrels before I realized what was happening.
